About Laure Elie
Laure came to yoga in 2018 seeking relief from chronic pain. She began her journey with meditation, Qi Gong, breathing exercises, and Reiki (in which she received a first
degree certification), but felt the most complete benefits with Yoga practice. Laure believes yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath. And yoga is for everybody!
Laure received her 200 hour certification from Bloom Yoga Studio. Always a student, she is grateful for the wisdom her teachers share with her. Laure has a theater background (graduated in Paris) and she plays music with friends in Logan Square.
In her free time, she loves to be in nature, make macrame, and play with her 2 cats.
Virtual Yoga Classes
Laure is happy to offer one-on-one virtual yoga classes. Many students find the practicing yoga from the comfort of their own home helps them cultivate peacefulness, mindfulness, and fitness. Laure provides personalized yoga classes to help you meet your goals, whatever they be.
This service uses Calendly for scheduling and Zoom for conducting the classes. Calendly is free to use but may require consent to tracking via cookies. If given the option, select “Technical Cookies Only”. Zoom must be installed on your computer, cellular phone, or other device.
Currently, our classes are limited to 30 minutes, with an extra 10 minutes buffer for questions, chitchat, or to accommodate tardiness. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your class will be canceled and a new time-slot must be reserved.
At this time there is no charge for virtual yoga classes, as Laure believes yoga is best when shared freely.
